The President Setting a Precedent on FAIRNESS

Fair is FAIR
"Obama, April 10:  In the next few weeks, we're going to vote on something called the Buffett Rule -- very simple:  If you make more than $1 million a year -- now, I'm not saying that you have a million dollars -- right?  I'm not saying you saved up all the money and all you made smart investments and now you've got your nest egg and you're preparing for retirement.  I'm saying, you're bringing in a million bucks or more a year.  Then, what the rule says is you should pay the same percentage of your income taxes as middle-class families do."
Interestingly enough, Obama's tax return was made public three days after another of his epic fail fairness speeches.  "Amid an election-year feud over tax policy, President Barack Obama on Friday released his 2011 tax filings, showing that he paid $162,074 in total taxes on adjusted gross income of $789,674, an effective rate of 20.5 percent..."  I'm sensing there is a loophole here since Obama came in at just under $1 million.

The Buffett Rule becomes a "Buffet"
The Buffet Rule is named after the American investor, Warren Buffett (the uncle of singer/songwriter, Jimmy Buffett).  In an argument with himself, Warren disagreed with himself but decided to make it all good by telling his rich self to be a little poorer by setting an example and paying the same federal tax rate as American working-class families.  Whew.  That said, Buffett has jumped on the fairness train to help settle inequality between the 1% (rich) and the 99% (poor).  Somehow, Obama's adaptation of the Buffett Rule has tuned into a BUFFET where he can pick and choose what he wants on his plate -- chicken, fish or both.  This should be easy since his wife, Michele, reinvented the food pyramid and named it the "food plate" where principles such as  "enjoy your food, but eat less" are incorporated.

If it smells like fish...

Hypocrisy leaves an after-taste.  Funny, but at the recent White House Greek Feast (March 10, 2012), the "food plate" nor the "Buffett Rule" were present.  Prepared by Food Network's Cat Cora, Greek Independence Day was celebrated with all the trimmings.  On the menu: Roasted Eggplant Salad, Sesame Eggplant Salad, Tuna Tataki Gyros in Lettuce Cups, Lamb Chops with Feta Chimichurrie Sauce, Dolmas (stuffed Grape Leaves), Loukoumades (honey puff donuts), Baklava, Kourambiethes (sugar cookies)."  A flower arrangement came standard with each place setting.

In more recent news:  Columbia and Obama's "Secret Service"
ProsTITution:  The catch of the day
Today, while waiting for President Barack Hussein Obama, American not so Secret Service agents found something to do on the tax payer's time and dime.  "A group of secret service agents and officers were relived of duty and returned home from Cartagena, Columbia prior to President Barack Obama's official visit.  The allegations against the American personnel involved prostitution and breach of contract, according to reports by various news agencies.  The early investigation involves approximately twelve Secret Service members and several prostitutes at the Hotel Caribe in Cartagena, Columbia.  In addition the U.S. military has stated that five military personnel assigned to support eh Secret Service have been "confided to quarters" in Columbia after they violated curfew and "may have been involved in inappropriate conduct" at the same hotel."

"Fair Share" just keeps POPPING up.  Obama's secret service got hookers with American tax dollars.  The problem is that Obama's Reich never pays their fair share.  Only this time they tired to pull this shit in Columbia and it didn't work.
